How long will it take to add my listing?
It can take up to 48 hours to add a new listing once we receive your new submissions form, and we will notify you by email as soon as your new listing is live.
Do I have to have a paypal account to subscribe?
No. When you click the Subscribe button you will be redirected to PayPal to process your payment. You can sign in to a PayPal if you have one, or choose to continue with a credit or debit card. The choice is yours.
Can I pay Yearly?
Yes. And you'll save 20% by paying yearly too. Simply select yearly when completing the payments section.
Can I switch my billing cycle?
Yes. You can switch to a monthly or yearly (save 20%) billing cycle at the end of your current billing cycle by sending us a message, along with your date of birth, at least 24 hours before your next payment date.
Can i get my listing removed?
Yes. Simply send us a message along with your date of birth, and we will delete your listing and cancel your subscription.
How do I update my Featured listing?
You can update your featured listing at any time by completing our Update My Featured Listing form.
How Do i update my Premium listing?
You can update your premium listing at any time by completing our Update My Premium Listing form.

Why do i have to provide my date of birth?
To ensure listing and subscription updates are authorised by the business owner we require date of birth, along with your name and email address.
I want to update my listing, but my email address has changed?
No problem. Simply send us a message along with your date of birth, and we'll update our records within 48 hours.
