Thank you for visiting AWS. These terms and conditions (terms) cover the content on this website, our free public forum and all services sold on this website. The terms 'I', me', 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to the company Asian Wedding Suppliers UK trading as AWS. The terms 'you' and 'your' refer to the user of this website.

General:

  1. The content of this website is for general purpose only and is subject to change without notification. By using this website you agree to these terms and conditions, our privacy policy and cookie policy.

  2. AWS accept no liability for disputes between customer and supplier.

Forum:

  1. To use our forum you must first create an account. You will need to validate your email address, even if you have opted to login through your social media account.

  2. Our forum is completely free and open to the public, and we advise all users not to post personal information such as email address or phone number.

  3. All content posted is subject to moderation and may be deleted at any time, if we deem the content to be inappropriate.

  4. Users posting inappropriate content may be banned at any time.

  5. We do not allow external suppliers to advertise on our free public forum. All advertising posts will be removed without notification.

Advertising:

  1. To advertise on our website you must sign up to one of our packages located on our Advertise page, and will be required to a complete a new submissions form.

  2. The accuracy of content on all supplier listings is the responsibility of the supplier, although we may perform checks before making your listing live.

  3. We only accept one town, city or county as the location displayed with your business name. All locations submitted that do not match this criteria will be rejected, and may delay the time in which your listing is made live.

  4. Featured and premium listing business descriptions are capped at 1500 characters (with spaces).

  5. We do not accept website addresses for other wedding directories on our listings.

  6. We require a valid address with all new submissions. This is used to verify the location you have entered. You can choose whether to show your address.

  7. To ensure future listing and subscription updates are authorised by the business owner, you will be required to supply your name, email address and date of birth. All listing updates and subscription changes that do not pass authentication will be deleted.

  8. We only allow a maximum of 2 suppliers from the same category to be placed on a premium listing at any one time.

  9. With only four spaces available, all premium listings will be displayed on the home page using a weekly rotation system to ensure fair exposure.

  10. You can update your listing at any time by completing one of our update my listing forms, located on our Frequently Asked Questions page.

  11. If you would like to change your email address, please send us a message, along with your date of birth, before submitting an update.

  12. All suppliers are automatically subscribed to one of our newsletters for news and updates, and you will receive regular email notifications related to your chosen package.

  13. It can take up to 48 hours to add a new supplier listing, and you will receive an email notification when your listing is live.

  14. If you would like to upgrade or downgrade from featured or premium package, please send us a message, along with your date of birth.

  15. All listings are subject for amendment to ensure clarity and quality.

  16. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription and remove a supplier from our website at any time.

Payments:

  1. When signing up to a featured or premium listing, you will be required to setup a recurring payment. We use PayPal to process all payments, and you will be redirected to PayPal to process your payment securely.

  2. You can choose between a monthly or yearly (save 20%) billing cycle.

  3. To change your billing cycle please send us a message, along with your date of birth.

  4. You do not need a PayPal account to setup payment, but you will have the option to login to your account if you have one.

  5. Once you have clicked 'Agree and Pay' you will be redirected back to our website, and will received email confirmation from PayPal.

  6. Your listing will not go live until payment has been received.

  7. All payments made to AWS are non-refundable.

  8. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a message, along with your date of birth.

  9. If your payment has been declined, your listing may be suspended until payment has been received. Your recurring payments will continue unless we are instructed otherwise.

Social Media Marketing:

  1. When signing up to our gold or platinum packages, you will be required to setup a recurring payment. We use PayPal to process all payments, and you will be redirected to PayPal to process your payment securely.

  2. You can choose between a monthly or yearly (save 10%) billing cycle.

  3. To change your billing cycle please send us a message, along with your date of birth.

  4. You do not need a PayPal account to setup payment, but you will have the option to login to your account if you have one.

  5. Once you have clicked 'Pay Now' you will be redirected back to our website, and will received email confirmation from PayPal.

  6. Content is capped at 280 characters and one photo per post.

  7. All content is to be provided by you, and we reserve the right to refuse to post any content we deem to be inappropriate.

  8. All text content you provide is copied and pasted, therefore it is your responsibility to ensure all content is accurate and there are no typos. Grammar and spelling errors cannot be fixed once posted on Instagram and Twitter.

  9. You can choose which platform your content is posted on when buying our silver package. Twitter is not included.

  10. You can choose to send your content weekly or monthly for our gold and platinum packages.

  11. We cannot guarantee to post content at a specific day or time, and we do not post content on a Sunday.

  12. You first post will be 7 days from the date your payment has been received, unless it falls on a Sunday.

  13. We accept no liability for misleading, false or copyrighted content we post on our social media pages on your behalf.

  14. We accept no liability for disputes between you and your customers as a result of content we post on our social media pages on your behalf.

  15. All payments made to AWS are non-refundable.

  16. You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending us a message, along with your date of birth.

  17. If your payment has been declined, your package will be suspended until payment has been received. Your recurring payments will continue unless we are instructed otherwise.

PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting Asian Wedding Suppliers UK trading as AWS. This Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how it is used. All data is stored securely on password protected devices/sites/cloud storage, and we do not share your personal data with third parties, except where stated below.

  4. We collect personal data such as name, address, email address and date of birth when you complete our new submissions form. This information is used to verify your location, subscribe you to the relevant newsletter and authenticate any future requests to update your listing. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button if the footer of an email we have sent you, or by sending us an email to privacy@asianweddingsuppliers.co.uk, but please note you will not receive news and updates relating to your listing if you unsubscribe.

This information is used to authenticate your request to update your listing. All data is stored indefinitely in our emails and in a Cognito Forms account owned by LG Web Design.   8. We collection business data such as business name, business description, website address, phone numbers, address, social media links and open hours when you complete a new submissions form. This information is displayed on your listing, however you can choose whether to show your address.
